Chin-Na is one of the top secrets of Shaolin Kungfu. Grandmaster is offering this course as a fulfillment of a promise he made to some disciples. The course includes

  • Philosophy and Principles of Chin-Na
  • Combat Application of the Shaolin Seventy Two Chin-Na Techniques
  • Force Training of Tiger-Claw for Chin-Na Efficiency
  • Remedial Chi Kung Exercises and Herbal Medication to Relieve Chin-Na Injuries

This course is meant for those who have attended an Intensive Shaolin Kungfu Course or an Intensive Taijiquan Course with Grandmaster Wong.

Time-Table

  • 8 June 2008: 1st day -- Arrival
     
  • 9 June 2008: 2nd day -- Training 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon, Lunch at Kinabalu Park, Training 3.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m., Welcoming dinner 8.00 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.
     
  • 10 June 2008: 3rd day -- Training 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 noon, Complimentary Tour (Poring Hot Spring) 10.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m., Training 4.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.
     
  • 11 June 2008: 4th day -- Training 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 noon, Complimentary Tour (Mesilau Nature Resort) 10.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m., Training 4.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.
     
  • 12 June 2008: 5th day -- Training 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 noon, Training 4.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.
     
  • 13 June 2008: 6th day -- Training 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon, 3.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m, Graduation dinner 8.00 p.m. to 10.30 p.m.
     
  • 14 June 2008: 7th day -- Departure
     

Course Venue & Accommodation:

  • The course will be held in Kinabalu Park at Kundasang, Ranau which is about 1 hour 45 minutes car drive from Kota Kinabalu International Airport.  Taxi service is available from Kota Kinabalu International Airport. At about 1,600 metres above sea level, average temperature at Kinabalu Park is 20 degrees Celsius. 

  • For this course, we have reserved rooms at The PERKASA HOTEL. Please contact The Sabah Course Organizer for booking assistance.  Recommended accommodation alternative is the sprawling complex of Kinabalu Park which offers a range of choice (from hostel bunk beds to family chalets). The training hall is located within the grounds of the Kinabalu Park. Other than Welcoming & Graduation Dinners, students will also enjoy complimentary Nature Tours & tour lunch.  Bus transfer is provided for travel (20 mins) between lodging and training hall.

  • Students have to pay for their own lodging and meals. Other self borne costs will be the Kinabalu Park's conservation fee RM15 per person (one time).
