Hi ! I'm Adel.
Before I start talk about the new me, let me start with who I am before joining Shaolin Wahnam Kung Fu class. Saya seorang yang agak pemalu dan tahap keyakinan diri sangat kurang. I'm also easy to be stressed just because of my over thinking. When I'm stress I be food porn and that made me overweight and my cholesterol level shoot up. After starting Kung Fu and Chi Kung, suddenly one by one start to change ! Now, I can manage my stress. No more over thinking just only let it be, let it go. Now I feel more energy and not easy tired.  My confidence level is better than before, my cholesterol level went down and my stubborn weight also dropped from 73kg to 62.4kg! Yeahhh I did it ! Thanks so much for Sifu Bernie, give me the opportunity to join her class.

When I practice Kung Fu and Chi Kung I feel very happy .. get to know many new friends and also I learn something new in my life. How to be healthy and have vitality...I also learn how to defend myself ... an important skill that I learn is breath control technique, be relaxed and keep calm. I also learn from my Sifu how to quick decision making.  I enjoy this class ... if get more time to participate in this class I know I will learn more than I learn now.. thank you Sifu... you're the best Sifu I ever had.

Hi ! I'm Junior and I'm 13 years old.  My mom enrolled me in the Shaolin Kungfu class about a year ago.  From the beginning my Sifu and Sipak always say learning kungfu is not only for self defense.  I learn a lot from kungfu and chi kung such as self confidence, skills, respect, discipline, self defense and good health.  It also helps to improve my body posture and breath control. Practicing chi kung and kungfu really makes me feel more relax, more focus in school, more energy, stronger, flexible, more confidence and happier.  Thank you to my good Sifu, my mom and friends !
