Grandmaster Wong will conduct an Intensive Chi Kung Course in Sabah,
Malaysia from 2nd to 6th April 2017. It is an amazing course ranging
from a beginners' level to a masters' level, and course participants
do not even need any prior chi kung experience but they must
practice the
Ten Shaolin Laws.
Chi kung skills to be taught at the course include the following
- Entering into a chi kung state of
mind
- Generating energy flow
- Attaining mental clarity
- Developing internal force
- Expanding into the Cosmos

Aims

understanding of the meaning and scope of chi kung.

comparatively short time the best available chi kung skills
and techniques which a student can competently practise on
his/her own after the intensive course, for health,
vitality, mental freshness and inner peace. |
Objectives

practise competently some useful chi kung exercises for
health, vitality and longevity. |

of attaining a one-pointed mind and of tapping cosmic

Course Content

Deep relaxation.

Unity of form, energy
and mind. |

Shaolin dynamic chi
kung patterns. |

Self-manifested chi
movement. |

Standing meditation.

Expected Result
(during the course itself)

1 |
Feel relaxed and fresh.
|

Experience some chi
effects, like warmth over the body, tingling sensations at
the fingers or other parts of the body, and ants crawling
over his skin. |

If a student has some
internal injury, which he (or she) may not be aware, he may
feel slight pain at the site of the injury. If he does not
feel this slight pain at the end of the intensive course, he
is likely to feel it later as he continues his practice.
This is a sign that his chi kung practise is curing his
injury, such as clearing internal energy blockage.

he (or she) continues his practice at home, chi kung will
overcome his degenerative or chronic illness if he has any,
or to promote good health and vitality if he is not troubled
by any illness. |

participant. No other fees are charged. |

Fees can be sent to the
Secretary by telegraphic
transfer before the course or paid on the first day of the course.
If any course participant is not satisfied that the set objectives
have been fulfilled, he or she can ask for a full refund and it will
be refunded without question. But this must be done before the end
of the course. Once the course is over, it is deem that all those
who have completed the course are satisfied, and no refund will be
given after that.

The intensive courses are
NOT suitable for AIDS patients and those who are HIV positive. If

not have to pay any application or booking fees. The course
fee of 1200 Euro (which is the only fee you have to pay) is
payable during the course only if you are satisfied.

in Kinabalu Park Hall, Sabah, Malaysia.

have to pay for your own food and accommodation. You can
have your meals or stay wherever you like. But for better coordination, it is recommended that you ask our
